The first layer of insulation is being fixed on top of the breather membrane.

This is the floor membrane, which is 20mm thick.  The wall membrane is 8mm thick.

The flex will exit from a hole in the bottom of each bracket.

The roof membrane being tested.
There is washing-up liquid in the watering can.  This breaks down the surface tension of the water.
An electronic probe then tests for any leaks.

The stainless steel atrium beam brackets are being pre-wired with the pendant lighting flex.


The wall insulation has arrived.
There will be a double layer of the boards, totalling 160 mm thickness, with a further 25 mm as a base for the render.

Paddock House's master bedroom.

Some of the bricks stacked up inside Paddock House.
We are laying a mixture of 25% Light, 50% Medium and 25% Dark tones.  
These stacks are of Medium and Dark - the Light is a clean red colour.

The first load of bricks has arrived from Lamb's Bricks in west Sussex.
