The roofs have been kept as low as possible to retain the open feel of the east side of Grove Park.
They are to be covered in biodiverse green roofs at the higher level and pebbles and solar panels at the lower level.

The joints between the panels are sealed with special airtightness tape.
The combination of the airtightness of the envelope and whole-house mechanical ventilation with heat recovery will contribute to a very low heating requirement.
