The CLT panels are being made and cut to size in a factory in Austria, then delivered by lorry and craned into place.
The panels vary in thickness from 80mm to 120mm - the colours indicate different thicknesses.

Rainwater from the roofs will be collected in 3750 litre underground tanks, then it will be filtered and reused to flush the WCs.
Rainwater harvesting will also minimise the load on the main sewer by reducing storm surges.

The piles are being uncovered to enable to casting of the concrete capping beams.
Once the beams are in place, excavation of the basements can begin.

This a a pop-up bar on the top deck of Peckham's multi-storey car park.
It is open from July to September every year and hosts the Bold Tendencies student sculpture exhibition.

Dr Lettsom was a well known benefactor, abolitionist and entomologist, who founded the Medical Society of London.
He bought the estate Grove Hill in 1779, which eventually became Grove Park.
